Ben is an experienced publican and he and Chris are both trained and vastly experienced chefs.
Raw ingredients are locally sourced and, where possible, locally produced.
The menu is all homemade on the premises including a constantly changing choice of delicious desserts and a selection of locally produced cheeses. The special boards change regularly with meat, fish and vegetables delivered daily.
