PRIVATE FUNCTIONS AND OUTSIDE CATERING

We can cater for weddings, christenings and private parties in our separate conservatory area, which is also suitable for business meetings and meals.

We can provide privacy for 30 guests and above any time from Sunday evening to Friday lunchtime and for 50 above from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime. The maximum capacity for a sit down meal is 60 people whilst for a stand up reception up to 90 people may be accommodated.

The last few years have seen outside catering become an integral part of our business and due to customers requests we can now offer a range of tailor made services from an intimate dinner party in your home to a full blown wedding reception or summer party.

Are you planning a party, have you considered a hog or lamb roast?

Our hogs are spit roast for 8 hours over charcoal, then carved in front of you and your guests by our chef and then served on a buffet with apricot stuffing, apple sauce and gravy, with your choice of salads, bread and potatoes.

We supply all crockery, cutlery and sundries, set up and then clean up afterwards allowing you and you guest to enjoy the day.

If required we can also supply and staff a bar

All our salads, gravies, stuffing and sauces are homemade

Our pigs & lambs are sourced Sussex, Surrey Kent or Hampshire farms

An average sized pig will feed 100 people, larger or smaller numbers can be catered for.
